Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to create an account. Accounts are for parents and guardians. Children do not create accounts. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

The CaliberDNA Jr.™ assessment and the archetype results it produces are provided for educational and informational purposes to help you understand your child’s learning preferences. They are not a medical, psychological, or clinical diagnosis and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

To save results or use certain features, you create an account and, for each child, provide limited profile information after completing our verifiable parental consent process. Your use of children’s features is also governed by our COPPA and Children’s Privacy notice and our Privacy Policy.

Some features are offered by paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and any free-trial terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by our payment provider; by subscribing you also agree to their terms. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to circumvent its security; or
• Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service or its content without our permission.

The service, including its content, characters, assessment framework, software, and branding, is owned by Calibrated Resilience Holdings or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your family’s personal, non-commercial use.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calibrated Resilience Holdings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
